J. Roe Hand and Peyton Holderer finished 2nd and 3rd in the 6A Section 1 meet last week as the Boys team put 6 runners in the top 20 to finish 1st.  Mallory Helms finished 2nd overall to pace the girls to a 4th place finish.  Both teams qualified for the 6A State Meet this weekend in Moulton, AL.  The Girls will run at 9:10 AM and the boys will follow at 10:10 AM.  Check the UMS-Wright athletics social media outlets for updates Saturday morning.
