At the midway point in their seasons, the 8th grade Baseball team is 5-2 and the 7th grade team is 0-6. The 8th grade team has won their last two over Mobile Christian and Saraland.

UMS-Wright 7th grade dropped a close game to Saraland. Mark Blackerby, Benjamin Meek, Hayes Loftin, and Patton Meek all drove in one run for the Bulldogs. Hayes Loftin and Jackson Hughes led the Bulldogs with two hits a piece.
8th Grade

Law Abston was dominant on the mound with 10 strikeouts in UMS-Wright's 8th grade 4-0 victory over Saraland. Win Elliott and
Blake Pilger collected two hits for the Bulldogs. Pilger was 2-2 at the plate leading the team with two RBIs. As a team, the 8th grade Bulldogs did not commit a single error.
Next Up: 8th Grade travels to Saraland on Monday (March 11th) before hosting McGill-Toolen on Thursday (March 14th). 7th Grade also travels to Saraland on Monday, and will host a double header with St. Paul's on Friday (March 15th).
