Assistant Football Coach

Coach Ryan Williams enters his fourth year at UMS-Wright as the Defensive Line Coach. He also teaches Upper School Modern World History.
Coach Williams was a 2011 graduate of Baldwin County High School before graduating from Huntingdon College in 2015 with a degree in Secondary History Education. He played football for 4 years for the Huntingdon Hawks & was a 2-time USA South Academic All-Conference selection.
Coach Williams has coached both offensive & defensive line, first starting at Prattville High School (2015-2017), then Saraland (2018-2020).
Coach Williams & his wife Kati have been married for 9 years. Their son Ben is entering K5 at UMS-Wright this fall, & their daughter, Eleanor Faye, is two years old.
